Farmers on 57th is a non profit organization which operates an urban farm with a CSA program, educational community gardens, and therapeutic accessible gardens in Vancouver, B.C.

Wyoming Food for Thought Project began in October 2012 in response to a needed solution to the holes in the hunger safety net. Led by Jamie Purcell, Executive Director, Food for Thought seeks to work toward ending hunger as part of an overall community effort to alleviate poverty, through providing food accessibility resources, educating through workshops and classes, and empowering through SNAP, Double Up Food Bucks and more.

FortWhyte Alive is dedicated to providing programming, natural settings, and facilities for environmental education, outdoor recreation, and social enterprise. In so doing, FortWhyte promotes awareness and understanding of the natural world and actions leading to sustainable living.

YCAP’s goal is to cultivate extraordinary teen leaders empowered with the skills to live healthy and productive lives and to transform their food system and communities. The program enables youth to farm, cook, break bread, communicate, and activate change together, directly impacting their experience of place and relationships within the food system – as well as their taste buds, health, sense of community, and ability to succeed. Fresh Start Farms is a collective brand for immigrant and refugee farmers participating in the New American Sustainable Agriculture Program, a program of the Organization for Refugee and Immigrant Success. We work alongside new American farmers to bring farm-fresh ingredients to your table via neighborhood farmers markets and stands, wholesale, and our FarmShare and Fresh Start Market.
